Physical Examination: Performed by a physician; includes blood pressure measurement, weight, and height assessment.

Complete Blood Count (CBC): Evaluates anemia and overall blood health.

Blood Group (ABO & Rh): Important for identifying possible blood group incompatibility between partners.

Thalassemia Screening (Hb Typing): Screens for hereditary blood disorders.
